Pembroke is a nice quiet town, we are a 15 min drive away from Concord and about 20min drive away from Manchester. The room comes with an A/C and has a built in closet, it can easily fit a queen sized bed and desk. All utilities are included in the rent. No smoking inside the building, vaping is okay, you can smoke outside on the patio or in the backyard. The apartment is pet friendly, however the lease we signed only allows 2 animals (cats or dogs). We do already have 2 cats. Any animals inside of tanks, or cages are welcome. We have a small back yard and can use the stone patio in the front of the building. It is a three bedroom apartment, standard kitchen, living, bathroom and laundry room are all shared. Street parking is available and 2 spots in the driveway. Pembroke has a parking ban for snow removal from January 1st to March 31st. You will need to get a parking pass for a lot that is about a 2 min walk away from the house.

My name is Victoria (23) & my partner is Dan (26), we rent the apartment and then sublent the other 2 bedrooms. Sage (20) is renting the one of the rooms, and is actively going to college. All three of us are gamers and usually spend our time in our rooms. My 2 cats are Aedion & Lysandra. Aedion is but is skittish. Lysandra is the opposite, she loves attention and is quite vocal.
