This property is situated on a quiet country road in historic Pittsfield. There is little traffic with lovely wooded and farmland views within walking distance. The backyard has ~0.6 acres of sparse woodland with several visitors around the year including deer, turkeys, and the random fox or bobcat. You will have a dedicated room to yourself and be able to partake in all common rooms in the house. Off street parking and some basement space is available for storage.

The bedroom is just under 13’x13’ square and has a 5’x5’ walk-in closet. The dresser and desk are included in the room. All you need is a bed and you can move right in! The shield and artwork will be removed by the time you are moved in

There is a fridge that is solely for your use, except near holidays when a portion of it is needed for food prep. All of which can be discussed in detail. Utilities are included, however if excess is needed (higher internet capacity, excessive hot water, etc…), an increase in rent will be added to cover the increased household charges.

There are 2.5 people currently living on the property. I am a 45yo transgender woman, veteran, and engineer. I am the owner of the property and the other resident is my 18yo daughter. On most weekends and school vacations, my 8yo daughter will be on the property as well. Each of them have there own bedroom.

In the cottage on the property resides my former in-laws. They are a hetero couple in their 60s/70s that work regularly and maintain the portion of the property they reside on.

There are 2 cats currently living on the property as well as ~30 chickens, so fresh eggs are usually available for consumption… as long as they are still laying them.
