Looking for a like-minded individual to rent the second bedroom in my 2-bed, 1-bath apartment in Phoenixville. Female preferred but not a requirement. Room is partially furnished (desk, chair, side table, small TV console).
Community has fitness center and pool, and is a short commute to King of Prussia and Malvern/Paoli. Plenty of street and lot parking.
Fios gigabit internet set up, gamers welcome. There are three bonded cats that live here already so an animal lover is preferred.
Total monthly cost per person (including split cost of electric and internet) ranges from $850 to $1,000 depending on the time of year. The leasing office will conduct a screening and there is a minor application fee.
About the roomies
In my downtime I enjoy gaming, reading, drawing, and playing D&D. I have three cats who love attention and my boyfriend visits for a week once/month.
