Tallyn’s Reach HOA/Southland’s Mall-area home in a quiet, upscale neighborhood in southeast Aurora. The home is located on a cul-de-sac in a very safe and family-friendly area. The house is around 5,000 square feet with a large backyard, mature trees, and plenty of natural light. We have two spare bedrooms available on the upper level, and there’s more than enough space throughout the home to live comfortably without feeling crowded.

The shared spaces include a fully equipped kitchen, multiple living areas, dining room, full office, and a washer and dryer. High-speed internet, utilities, and parking are included. There’s also a large patio in the backyard that’s great for relaxing, growing veggies, or getting fresh air.

The neighborhood has easy access to parks, trails, shopping, and E470. It’s a peaceful, quiet place that still has everything within a short drive.

You’d be living with me, my 3.5-year-old daughter, and our super lovable Weimaraner. I’m active-duty Air Force. We’re a chill, adventurous, respectful family that keeps things organized and semi-structured during the week, especially with a young daughter at home.

We speak English, Portuguese, and Spanish at home. We’re open-minded, welcoming, and enjoy all types of conversation, but also respect privacy and personal space.

Our dog is an AKC Champion Weimaraner; very calm, affectionate, and great with people. We’re open to hosting parties when the occasion comes up. This is a family home with good energy, and we’re looking for someone with a good sense of humor, courteous, and easygoing who’s comfortable in this type of setting.
