About the room
Hello! The bathroom pictured would be essentially yours only, with the exception that I will have to go in to use the washer and dryer. There is some room in the garage to store a few bulky boxes. All utilities and Internet included, I’ll keep cleaning essentials stocked and you can always use my printer in a pinch. Would prefer no pets but open to 1 boy cat (Bao hates other girls)

• Third floor but elevator!
• South-facing with trees in front of the windows, so we get shade in the summer and in the winter, the leaves fall off and we get every little bit of sunlight we can get (and a little bit of mountains).
• Super close to a Kaladi Brothers Coffee & American Legion Post (90 second walk)
• Cute balcony (micro gardeners welcome)
About the roomies
Me and my cat! I attend law school remotely and my cat likes to nap and chase strings.
