For a furnished unit (bed frame, mattress, desks, chairs, dining tables + chairs, sofa, tv stand, etc.), the rent is incredibly competitive with a base rent of $595/month which includes trash, pest, water and sewage. It is a 3 bedroom x 2 bathroom unit. Everything besides the flooring in the bedrooms (which is carpet) is hardwood. We have our previous roommate leaving and need someone for a 12-month lease at the Wynwood starting this August 2026. Rent is $600/month, and utilities (WiFi, electric) come out to be super affordable. Yasmine is also covering all of the internet because she gets a bathroom to herself. The location is perfect for students, close to both UF and Santa Fe, and within easy walking distance of multiple grocery stores, a gym, and great restaurants. Since we’ve already lived here for a year, the rest of the 3B/2B house is fully furnished, and your large, windowed bedroom will come ready to go with a bed and frame, a 3-drawer dresser, a desk and chair, and a big closet! You’ll be sharing a bathroom with me (Darren), but I clean it regularly, so no worries there.
