Hello there! I am looking for a roommate to share my apartment with. The apartment is a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment and there is 1 bedroom and private bathroom that is available to rent. The apartment is located in the damonte ranch area of south Reno and is about two miles from the summit shopping center and five minutes to all other shopping in the area. The room is roughly 13’3”x11’9” with a closet. You have your own bathroom across the hall that will not be shared with anyone. All utilities are included in the rent as I feel charging for utilities is absurd, so there are no unexpected costs for you. In the kitchen there are all stainless steel appliances with a dishwasher and garbage disposal along with a gas range on the oven. There is a full size washer and dryer in unit. The apartment is in a gated community with a pool, gym, and hot tub. For the apartment it is on the top floor and is a corner unit so there are no walls shared with neighbors. There is no smoking in the apartment, there’s a designated smoking area on property if needed to be utilized. The apartment will require a background check to live here. I have completed the following background checks: criminal, rental, credit and financial to live here. You will need to pass criminal and credit background check to be approved by apartment along with a proof of income showed to apartment. This is not a party house or place to do any drugs. If that is something you enjoy doing then this will not be the place for you.
Hi I’m Charles, and I live here by myself in this apartment. Here are a few things about me: I enjoy to cook delicious meals and relax outside when the weather permits, going to the gym or pool to relax after a long day, watching movies and playing video games. I would like to say I’m super easy to get along with and enjoy to socialize when I can. I work overnights and work a lot to stay busy and out of trouble. I do not drink alcohol or smoke cigarettes, vape or do any drugs and I hope you are the same. My ideal roommate will be a female between the ages of 20 and 35 with a steady job, respectful, trustworthy and honest, able to pay rent on time without issues and just a good person in general. If we are able to get past messages and feel like we are a good match I would like to meet up somewhere of your choice and get a coffee to see if we get along. I am particular about who I will let be my roommate, I don’t like going fast in these situations because this is a big decision for both parties.
