Share modern, large, open, clean, and well-kept 4-bedroom house, includes all utilities - gas, electric, water, sewer, Wireless High-Speed Internet and included paid UTube TV subscription. I have a cleaning person come to the house once a week so you only have to worry about cleaning up in the kitchen after you cook and your bedroom. Close to the Tonto National Forest and the Superstition Mountains for hiking, fishing, camping, or tubing down the Salt River or Saguaro and Canyon Lakes. So much pretty nature nearby yet less than 2 miles from a 24-hour Super Walmart, the biggest Fry’s store in the state and LA Fitness plus lots of restaurants.

In the room you will have your own DVR and TV. You also have a mini refrigerator and freezer plus a microwave in the room. There is a large freezer and fridge with filtered water and ice maker in the kitchen with lots of room for your food items. Also, a covered porch, big fully furnished kitchen and large washer and dryer in the house. I keep the house cool about 70 degrees. No worries about having to sweat it out here like some other places just to save a few dollars. There is a newer shed in the backyard that you can store extra items in. The room is nice sized with matching furniture.

A liltte info on my roomies. They have had a background screening and have been with me a long time. Everyone gets along great even if we dont see each other too often becasue of our jobs. One of them works as a contractor with Homeland Security so is often gone for weeks at a time. His name is Scott. Another roomie works for the city of Mesa Monday to Friday 7AM to 2Pm and his name is Rocky.
