The home is a 4 bedroom rancher located in ferry farms, 8mins from 95, 8mins from commuter lot/train station and 5 mins from Downtown Fredericksburg/UMW campus. You may not find a quieter place to live as we are at the end of a street, Walmart is also just a few minutes from the home. While staying here you will have privacy as the house itself stays almost silent except for an occasional reel playing from a phone. I have updated the home in many ways as to promote a nice place to live, granite counter tops, all new flooring, newly painted walls, new windows, most if not all of the appliances are new. While living here you are free to use the kitchen as your own I have all the pots and pans one would ever need. I have an outdoor fire pit that is amazing during the cool nights and also have an outdoor table if you desire to sit outside and read a book or just hang out. Washer and dryer are within the home and available for use any day except Sundays. I have private parking spaces. Please feel free with any questions.
