There are two large common spaces with one upstairs and one downstairs. This ensures plenty of space for privacy, as well as, the ability to develop a sense of community if you so wish. The home is only 2 blocks away from a large shopping center with many restaurants, stores and a bus stop.

The home’s shared space is fully furnished and is open for use. There is a living room on the first floor and has a 65” TV. Large recreational space in the basement as well with a TV. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to cook.

The home also has all new kitchen appliances (although not shown in this photo), including large French door refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, and microwave.

An upstairs bedroom is currently available for rent in this 5 bedroom 3 bathroom house. Each bedroom comes with a digital lock pad to ensure privacy.

The priorities of the house include safety, cleanliness, and restfulness to ensure everyone feels at home here. We provide an environment that is fitting for hardworking individuals who work full time and/or are students.

There are currently 4 male residence living in the home. They are all respectful individuals who have lived at the house for 6 months or more. They are all working full time (some with multiple jobs) or are students. Their ages range from early 20’s to early 30’s.
