Two bedrooms for rent in a very nice four bedroom home. The full bathroom upstairs is shared between three tenants. The master bedroom and one other bedroom are currently rented to two females - one is an elementary school teacher and food server, and the other is a community service officer.

The house is on the west side of Bend, about 1.5 miles south of the Old Mill. It has a very pretty front yard and fenced back yard. The house is a non-smoking/non-vaping property. There is a shared living room, dining room, kitchen and half-bathroom downstairs. The garage is not shared, but bikes/kayaks, etc. can be stored in the two side yards or the back patio. Rent is $825 which includes all utilities. The lease is month to month. There are two hypoallergenic cats on site. No other animals allowed due to tenant allergies. Thanks for reading!
