About the room

Looking for a roomate to move into a private room on the first floor of a 3 family home in Westville area of New Haven.

The rent is $1,000 a month which includes all utilities including internet. The apartment is fully furnished and we would share living room, dining room, kitchen as well as bathroom. There is both washer and dryer available in basement. You would be moving in with just one other roomate (me), and also, a friendly cat.

The listing is for just one individual, not a couple, nor any pets. Although my cat is very friendly, he unfortunately doesn’t get along with other animals.

About the roomies

I am very laid back, and although introverted, still social. I love reading, writing, movies, and anime. I do keep up with chores and like to keep the space organized and clean. I am a proud public school teacher and do a lot of advocacy work around the state.
