2 females seeking 3rd female roommate for furnished bedroom in clean, quiet and spacious South Elgin home with lots of sunlight. 2 medium sized friendly dogs live here also. Utilities split between the 3 of us (gas, electric, water/garbage). Usually comes out to between $70-$100 each per month, depending on the time of year. WIFI is included and paid for by renter. We take turns cleaning the 2 bathrooms; each of us takes 1 day monthly. We also keep the kitchen tidy on a daily basis. Please only inquire if you’re easily up for keeping the house in order (i’m ok with a messy bedroom of clothes and papers, etc, but dont want food left in bedrooms to attract bugs).
