The property is located in the Lincoln District, right next to Lincoln High School. It’s about a 5-minute drive or a 30-minute commute to the University of Washington Tacoma (UWT). Just a mile from the nearest I-5 exit, the home is conveniently close to restaurants, Safeway, Costco, the mall, and more. It features a large fenced yard and available street parking. The room for rent, as shown in the photos, includes a private door that leads directly outside. This is a furnished room, I am still working on cleaning it and getting it ready for the next tenant, but there is a bed, mattress and desk that comes with the room. Shower curtains

You’ll be living with my husband, our 2-year-old mini schnauzer Fercho, and me! We’ve been married for just over a year and are excited to share our space with someone who feels like a good fit! We’re generally pretty low-key and keep to ourselves, though we occasionally enjoy hosting small gatherings with friends. I love cooking, taking care of my plantitas, and spending time at home with Fercho. We have a friendly relationship with our neighbors, and every now and then, we’ll all gather in the yard for casual hangouts and doggy playdates. Fercho is the clumsiest dog. He loves running back and forth along the fence with other dogs and, yes, he’s a barker, but his cuteness makes up for it. That said, if Fercho doesn’t like you, you won’t be a good match for us. We kindly ask that our new tenant not bring too many belongings, as the room and shared areas (bathroom, kitchen, etc.) are already furnished.
