Close to rout 93 and easy to get to tufts university, 10 min from Boston, this is a place to live but not for parties. It includes all the rent, utilities, basic cleaning supplies + a house cleaning service once a month ( we do need to clean it in between.

It’s just me , a 36 years old woman that rarely cooks , I’m always at work or at the gym I normally leave from home at 8 am and return after 8pm, I’m always happy, easy to talk to and a bit organized, I like to think if you can use you can clean at the same time , I don’t believe on dirty dishes on the sink 🤣🤣, oh dirty stove drive is also a no no , if you use you clean and we all be happy on a clean environment.
