This cozy small private room is located on the second floor of our shared home. Our property is conveniently located in a quiet neighborhood, with ample parking available for guests.
The room comes equipped with all utilities included, ensuring a hassle-free stay. We also offer super-fast fiber internet, making it easy for you to stay connected with work or stream your favorite shows.
There are two full bathrooms ensuring that that whenever a bathroom is needed one will be available. Maids come every other week to clean the common areas.
Everyone has a full time professional job, picks up after themselves, and has passed a background check.
Downstairs: Room 1: Myself - 37 years old, I run the moving company Yellow Dolly Moving and am hardly ever home.
Room 2: Lance - 35 years old, A high end carpenter that goes out of town for several weeks at a time to do commercial jobs then comes back for a few days, which he normally stays in his room playing video games, then goes on another out of town job.
Room 3: Vacant - has the dog door leading to the outside fenced in back yard so the bedroom door needs to be left open when I am not here so the dog can go outside.
Upstairs: Room 4: Sierra - Sweet girl in mid 20’s. Works at a jewelry store at the mall. Has been staying with her boyfriend consistently lately, we hardly ever see her anymore.
Room 5: Vacant: Humble affordable room with pretty cool led lights on the walls.
Room 6: Married Airbnb guy with red hair is staying there until 7-1. He is here doing some kind of solar power installation in Aiken SC. He leaves at 6:00 am everyday and normally gets back around 8:00 pm. Master bedroom with huge walk in closet.
Room 7: Vacant: listed in this post.
Dog: Bandit, quite the ladies man. All he wants is attention and pets. Big lover of treats.
