Security Deposit is last months rent and security. Security deposit is refundable. It is also negotiable. Also negotiable, more then one bedroom or room or person, but rent would be increased.
The upstairs private bedroom is 12 by 9 feet, plus wall closet. Furniture includes a queen size bed, with sheets, and two dressers.
House is not far from the freeway, bus stops, downtown, grocery store & plenty of restaurants. It has a shared kitchen, living room, bathroom, and fully fenced in backyard. Has full Laundry in basement, Internet included, house has AC, & Utilities included.
Dogs are allowed, but I charge $50 (Negotiable) monthly fee. Sorry I do not allow cats, to allergic. Other pets are allowed depending on what they are.
About the roomies
My name is Drew, I live there, male 31. With my dog Måne who is a Husky. I work in special education for 9 months of the year. My rooms take up most of the basement.
