About the room
Home is in a great HOA community. You would be renting out my former office that’s been converted into a bedroom. Bathroom is small and shared with the other roommate and the occasional house guest. The bedroom is $650 and utilities are included (including 3 GB fiber internet).
About the roomies
I’m a single professional guy. I’ve lived in this home for about 6 years. It’s super chill here and this would be a month-to-month agreement (preference given for 6+ months) . All I ask is 30-days notice if things aren’t working out or you need to move.
Just a few rules 1) no smoking inside, 2) must keep bathroom and common areas clean with me, 3) no heavy drinking or partying, 4) no live in girlfriends or extended stay guests - a few days is fine.
Looking for a male roommate, no couples. No dogs, 1 cat is fine. W&D in the house. Parking available, extra storage available. You would have access to kitchen, dining room, living room, patio, and garage. You can text me for a faster response.
