We have 3 private room available in a 5 bedroom, 2.5 bath house. House is located in a neighborhood on the west side of Champaign. Private landlord. Good for students or professionals. Great location for Parkland students (about a 10 minute drive.) About a 15 minute drive to the U of I campus.

Move in date is flexible for a one-year lease, but a 10-month lease can be accommodated. The rent is $700/month, utilities and Wi-Fi included. We have a shared kitchen, refrigerators, washer/dryer, and bathrooms. There is a fenced yard, front porch, driveway and street parking.

The master bedroom is utilized as a 2nd living room so the bathroom can be shared (good space for studying, zoom, etc.) Shared spaces are all furnished (kitchen, living room, etc.) The private bedroom includes a queen size frame w/ mattress, ceiling fan, and closet.

One quiet and respectful young professional currently living here. We just had 3 students move out, there is enough space where everyone can kind of do their own thing and pass through.
