Can get to any part of the city within approximately 16 minutes. Walmart, convenient stores and parks within walking distances. Situated close to the Franklin Mountains for pleasant walks or getting in shape running. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. Very nice to wake up and see the view of the city from the mountains. Can provide furniture, TV and bed or you can bring your own furniture. $695/month and $500 deposit.

About the roomies
