Hello! Looking to rent the master in my 2-bed 2-bath apartment in Anaheim, CA, and am looking for someone anytime in July/August for a one year lease.
Your roommate would be a female who works full time and is attending school for speech-language pathology. I am looking for another female who is communicative, respectful, will keep up with cleaning, and is a graduate student/working professional in their 20s or 30s.
It would be $1400 (+ utilities) for a master bedroom, two large double closets for lots of storage, a full bathroom attached to the bedroom with additional storage space, and an AC unit + heater in the bedroom. We also have an assigned parking spot that is included for each roommate.
The apartment has a furnished living area (but may need a TV), AC + heater in the living space, a full kitchen, and a balcony (great views of the sunset). There are laundry facilities, a pool, BBQs, and on-site maintenance that responds very fast (1-2 days typically).
This spot is less than 5 minutes to Target, Aldi, Stater Bros, Ralphs, and the Anaheim Plaza, and 10 minutes to Disneyland. Great for graduate students as it is 15 minutes from both Chapman University and Cal State Fullerton.

I am a student studying to become an SLP. I am in a committed relationship, so there will not be random men coming in and out of the home. I live there alone, so would just be you and I as roommates.
