I rent out two rooms in my home at a time so you would live with myself and 1 other roommate, and I leave one room available for guests.

• Rent is $1050 and includes all utilities, off street parking, extra basement storage and pool access. All leases are month to month for flexibility
• $850 deposit
• Pets welcome on a case by case basis with additional refundable deposit. Puppies less than a year old are not considered. All pets must be friendly with other dogs.
• Room can come furnished as shown or not.

About me (live-in landlord) I’m a 37 year old woman working fully remote in market. I enjoy gardening and home diy projects. I’m very active in my running club and like to have friends over for get togethers on occasion like hosting pool parties. I have a dog who is a 9 year old border collie mix who gets along great with most other animals and has a very chill demeanor.

My roommate is a 36 year old male who works in surveillance and likes to play hockey and video games.
