You will have your own pantry in kitchen. Driveway parking, large living room, washer/ dryer in home. Home is equipped with Apco whole house air purifier. Must clean up after yourself and help maintain shared bathroom.

Female homeowner and currently one male renter. I have my own bathroom and 2 renters will share another bathroom.
