All pets entering the household must be up-to-date on flea prevention and recently cleared by a licensed vet. A flea check and proof of current treatment (within 7 days of move-in) is required. If a pet is found to have fleas after move-in, the pet will be confined to the roommate’s space and the roommate will cover the cost of pest control or treatment necessary to resolve the issue.
