About the room

I have 3 rooms available. 2 of them are $600 and the master suite is $850.

The master bedroom that I’m renting is my personal bedroom. I’ve done quite a bit of work to the room such as remodeling the master bathroom to have a walk in shower and large vanity with all granite countertops. The walk in closet can fit more clothes than I’ll ever have. The room itself is very large. It fits a king bedroom with room to spare.

There’s a living room upstairs with a TV, a gas fireplace, comfortable couch that is adjacent to my kitchen. In the basement, I have a family room with a couch, large screen TV with surround sound. I work from home during the week in the basement but I don’t mind if someone is watching TV while I work, I have a big fenced in yard with a grill, firepit and some seating. My home is in a nice neighborhood where you can keep your front door unlocked and no one will bother you. There is a laundry room right off the kitchen and a full size garage. You dont need a shower curtain or door to get in the shower. My daughter has a cat and doesn’t do well with other cats. Shes fine with dogs.
