I really like this apartment which is why it’s my third year here. The last photo is the second bedroom which you would be moving into. It will be empty at move-in, the furniture in there now is just my current roommate’s setup. Lots of natural light, on the 3rd of 3 floors (noise isolated with a good view), cool outdoor common area with a grill, lots of other people in their 20s in the building, good surrounding neighborhoods for walks/runs. Each room also has it’s own high quality custom air conditioning unit so you can very effectively keep your space how you like it. Also there is a built-in study area/desk space which you can set up however you like it by the kitchen window. It’s a good vibe, come check it out for yourself though 👍

I’m respectful of quiet hours and general noise level etiquette. I don’t smoke or drink and am very clean. I don’t have any pets but don’t mind if you do. I work 6 days a week as an exterminator. In my free time I mostly play music as I studied classical guitar in college.
