This apartment is awesome. Lots of natural light, on the 3rd of 3 floors (noise isolated with a good view), cool outdoor common area with a grill, good surrounding neighborhoods for walks/runs. Each room also has it’s own high quality custom air conditioning unit so you can very effectively keep your space how you like it. Also there is a built-in study area/desk space which you can set up however you like it by the kitchen window. The sound isolation between rooms and apartments is surprisingly good here. There are laundry machines in the building and we are very close to a massive new King Soopers and other retail shopping. It’s a good vibe, come check it out for yourself though 👍

I am super clean and friendly! Am very easy to commincate with if there’s ever anything that needs to be adjusted. I’m respectful of quiet hours and noise level etiquette. I don’t smoke or drink. I don’t have any pets but don’t mind if you do. I work 6 days a week doing wildlife and pest management for a local company and also do some videography / production gig work on the side
