You would have the bigger room of the two rooms, you would only need to furnish the bedroom as I have most necessities already in the apartment and you’re more than allowed to use them. The apartment is about 2 minutes from UNCG and less than 5 minutes from downtown. Most places are no more than 10 minutes away. I would be your only roommate unless you count my two cats. They will leave you alone however so no concerns there. Im fairly introverted and im okay if you want to be friends or if you prefer to keep to yourself. Im organized and I like keeping spaces clean. I also work 5 days a week so I’m not home super often and if I am, im usually in my room.
