This is located at The Boardwalk Apartments in Turlock near Stan State. Downstairs apartment located near pool, laundry facilities, and gym. It is listed as a 1.5 bath because there is 1 room with a shower and sink, and another room with a toilet and sink. We would prefer a male in mid 40s or older. Sorry at this time we can not accept overnight guests, couples, children, or pets. We prefer to have quiet hours from 10pm to 8am. This doesn’t mean you can’t be comfortable, just please be respectful of people who need to sleep.

We are a female couple in our late 40s with a small dog. Jennifer works in healthcare and goes to school online, earning her Masters Degree, and Lesley works in pet care. We also have another male roommate (Derek) that is in his late 20s and is currently working at home.
