It’s a 12 minutes drive to down town and a 10 minutes walk to public transportation. 9 minutes drive to North Utah. House is next to a gulf course which you can see from the windows. Safe area and walking distance to different parks and the Jordon River Parkway Trail.
The property has 2700 sqft so enough room for anyone coming it with multiple eating spaces/living rooms. I have multiple furnished rooms but can remove any items if requested. I am working on part of the house but will do my best to work around time to keep interference as low as possible.

I’m a molecular biologist (NB) but more importantly, I’m a musician, an active person (climbing guide & running) and a reader. I stay from time to time, but mainly to work on home renovations or when something breaks. I’m easy going and pretty lax about house rules. Even if something breaks lets just try to fix it together. I’m pretty handy around the house and am not gonna charge you for little inconveniences like pluming clogs, electrical issues, AC issues, etc. 420 & alcohol friendly (if using a flame please use the private backyard :D). I do not ever plan on selling, so this would be a stable place to stay long term, but I welcome short term visitors if you tell me before hand.
There is also a couple (20 MtF & 19 NBf) living in a room who are very respectful and pleasant to be around.
I’m looking for housemates. I don’t mind if you want to keep to yourself or like to chat. I do have a blues/rock jam I host in early evenings from time to time. Feel free to join!
I have a beehive in the back of the house and plan to get chickens (free eggs!) soon.
