Hello! Living in a townhouse in Carson in a gated community.

AVAILABLE FOR RENT IN AUGUST 2025

I am RENTING A SINGLE BEDROOM with a shared bathroom for $1,350 a month. FEMALES ONLY. Required background and credit check. Utilities included, washer, dryer and parking on the street (occasional parking spot in front depending if taken) and communal full kitchen. The 24/7 gated community has a pool, small gym, club house, parks, tennis and basketball courts. Looking for single occupancy, students or working professionals, responsible, clean, respectful, no smoking, ok with my dogs, and no drugs.

Kitchen supplies are all provided from dishes to utensils plus other items. One shelf in the pantry is provided (to supply food and if you have any other personal kitchen items) and one cabinet in the hallway by the bedroom. I have a laundry room as well, the only thing is you need to provide your own detergent.

There are 4 of us, two are moving out. So have two rooms for rent. I am a recent graduate from USC and working full-time. And the other housemate goes to school across the street at CSUDH. We tne tto be pretty busy with our schedules and only see eachother sometimes. I also have a husky who doesnt always like other animals, so this rental is no other pets.
