Sandra's room

This is a huge fully furnished room to rent that offers lots of privacy in a separate floor. The Room features a kitchenette with microwave, mini-fridge and dinning area. The house itself is a 2 story 5 bedroom 3.5 bath. Total house is 2800 sq feet and this is the biggest room of the house. Unfurnished (if need it) the room can fit a king. It currently has full size bed, a desk and a chair. I have an small old dog very quiet, no more pets allowed in the house. I work from home so I need a quiet roommate that is a hard working professional or a student. Students, Veterans, Military or working in Medical city is a plus. Includes all utilities. Happy to discuss length of terms.

The house is in Lake Nona, we have previously host exchange students from Asia, and Europe with great references. Also, nurses from belies and fly attendant. We also had military vet roommate that lived with us for 2 years that just moved out. I work from home, so looking for someone quiet no parties etc.
