I have a spacious 4 bed 2 bath with one room available starting August! The rent is $850/mo, utilities not included. I’ve got a cat who doesn’t play well with other animals, so unfortunately he’s gotta be a single cat. The house has window AC units which can be installed in every room (just ask me if you want one and we can arrange), and there is floor heating throughout the apartment. There is no carpet, it is all either tile or wood! There is parking in the back of the building at no extra cost.

About the location: it is a 5 minute walk to Ithaca commons, and it is easy to catch a bus from there to campus or wherever else in the town you may be headed. If you intend to walk to Cornell campus, it is a 20 to 25 min walk. Ithaca college is also closeby. It is located on a side street, so is quieter than other places in the area.

I’ve got a cat (as already mentioned). I’m a PhD student at Cornell, past the partying phase of my life. I’m quiet and won’t disturb roomies. The other two are nice people, both graduate students and women.
