I am looking for 2 clean, respectful, and quite female roommates. All the rooms have high-quality plantation shutters. Tall ceilings and well-maintained house. The landlord is respectful & quite and young professional female living in her side of the master room.

Bedrooms are spacious and feature tall ceilings and walk-in closet. There are a washer and dryer in the residence, and the stairs are carpeted for quiet use as well as added safety. As for the amenities that come with such a residence, there is a swimming pool, an outdoor community kitchen, community cabanas, and lush landscaping.

If you are looking for a change in pace and more shopping options, there are the malls in nearby Harbordale and even more options in Las Olas Boulevard to the north, which can all be reached via a short drive (10mins).

The room to rent out is unfurnished. But the living room furniture are shared ,new nice leather coach and high quality dining table and chairs.

The HOA application fee will be $100 , it is mandatory. But it is nice that everyone in the neighborhood passed the background check . Safety is first! For move in , as standard, the first , the last month rent and 1 month security deposit are required through cashier check. The monthly utility bill ,FPL bill and internet bill will be shared among roommates.
