The building’s basement has free laundry and storage. Located on 83rd between York and East End – it’s half a block to Carl Shurz Park along the East River, close to the Q train, M31, M86 and M79 buses. The neighborhood is a quiet, family-friendly area, and just a few blocks from Second Avenue’s more lively restaurants, bars and shops. No pets/non-smoking.
