No later than October 4th we will have two rooms available in our gorgeous south hill home. The rent will be $600 per room including all utilities and WiFi. Both rooms are on the upper level. There is plenty of street parking as well as a few spaces out back. We have washer and dryer on site as well as a Peloton bike that you are welcome to use. The kitchen has anything you could need in the way of dishes, utensils, Tupperware, or cooking gadgets (Keurig, Ninja, griddle, air fryer, etc.). We are within walking distance of Huckleberry’s and extremely close to a freeway entrance. The lease will be month to month, with the first month’s rent being due the day you move in. No smoking or drugs allowed. The home is currently occupied by 3 early-mid 20 somethings. We do like to have fun and can get loud on the weekends, but prefer to stay quiet during the week. We have three cats and one French bulldog puppy. We all work full time jobs and would prefer to live with someone who also does, or is going to school. Open to male or female roommates. You are welcome to use all of the shared spaces such as the kitchen, dining room, two living rooms, and possibly the computer room as well. You will have access to the upstairs or downstairs restrooms. Only interested in someone who cleans up after themselves. Would prefer to not have any other pets, but may consider them. Drama will not be tolerated, and neither will tardy rent payments.

Early-mid twenty somethings. Two women and one man. Three cats and one French Bulldog puppy. Everyone works a full time job and is very clean. We are quiet during the week, but like to have fun and can get loud come the weekend.
