I’m looking for a roommate for a while, doesn’t have to be long term. The apartment is furnished, and is very large, 1200 sq ft almost. Red brick vaulted cement ceilings, new york loft style. My vibe is chill and laid back. I work 60 + hours a week and party on the weekends. Sometimes I bring it back home. Not looking for someone to be bringing the party back every night, and nothing crazy, but a few people over on the weekends isn’t a big deal, as long as it’s not a bunch of people crashing over. Looking for artists and musicians who are clean and professional. Really want laid back vibes, but responsible. Tribe mentality. Ideally vegan or vegetarian.

Everything is already setup with a bed and desk, you literally don’t need any furniture at all. There is a great gym on the property with a sauna and a punching bag. Pool and jacuzzi on the roof, mediocre condition.

Location, location! Central to everything. LA Cafe across the street, The Reserve nightclub in the same building, and The Exchange nightclub next door. Ace hotel around the corner as long as lots of amazing restaurants and bars. Very happening part of town!

It is also downtown, so at night it is rather loud, hopefully you are cool with that. Best mode of transportation is an electric bike if you can get one, parking is not included. Ask about my car lease as well.

There is literally a bank vault in the basement. The apartment is extremely spacious with vaulted ceilings and LOTS OF ROOM! Must see! There is a 24 hour security guard at the front door. There is a rooftop pool, Jacuzzi, all with a beautiful view, even a Sauna and gym with a punching bag and ping pong table.

Close to: 101, 10, 710, 5, 110, 2, and 60 freeways.
