hey! i’m looking to fill the 3rd room in a 3 bed 2 bath home! rent is $1185 before utilities, wifi and pge. all those combined tend to range month by month. the room will be ready for move in by july 1st. also for all my pet lovers, no pets allowed :( i’m allergic to cats so if you come from a home with cats, pls be mindful of the pet hair on your belongings :)

about the 🏡 : the house is two stories with 3bd 2bth upstairs while the lower half of the home are two studios completely separate of the contract. pls note that this is a contract for the whole upper unit and not a contract per room. utilities and such are divided by the levels. the house comes with: 2 car driveway parking ample street parking during the day fully equipped kitchen dishwasher washer/dryer and much more

ruby(23f): i work 4 days a week and have weekdays off so im not home most of the day and on my weekends im usually at my bfs house vice versa. i like to hike, fish, camp but i also love to switch it up and attend music festivals and raves. looking for a roomie we can have game nights with or even grab a drink with :)
sandy(35f): in office 5 days a week and loves to stay in on the weekends to relax. she’s a big foodie and gamer but doesn’t mind a quick yap sesh over boba or coffee!
