About the room

This listing is for a private room in a bright, clean, and quiet home in a very safe part of Costa Mesa, located just minutes away from the 405 and 55 freeways, 5 minutes from John Wayne Airport (SNA), and within walking distance of The Camp and The Lab in Costa Mesa. There is central AC, plenty of off-street parking, a private back yard, a screened-in back porch, washer/dryer, and a small home gym with a full set of plates. Your room is be furnished with a queen bed, foam mattress, and a dresser. The kitchen is fully stocked with almost any cooking implement you can think of. Moderate use of the kitchen is permitted.

The available private room is one of the two pictured along with the bathroom, which will be shared by you and another tenant or guest when we have one. All utilities are included with high-speed internet, access to several streaming services, a private media server, and use of the common areas and backyard. Additional pets will be considered on a case-by-case basis. This listing is for one occupant only.

This is a very chill household. You have a lot of freedom as long as you are respectful. I clean weekly, keep common areas uncluttered, and even often cook enough to share. Here, take a breath and relax.

About the roomies

Jaime is a vegan chef-turned business owner with a passion for health & fitness (she will not try to restrict your diet). She has two small cats and prefers to spend her free time out of the house as much as possible. She is very open, honest, and easy to get along with.
