About the home: 3 bed, 2.5 bath, 2140 sq ft living space, backyard, Laundry in the house. You will be sharing a bathroom upstairs with the other roommate. Can allow one more pet (150$ non refundable pet deposit and 25$ /month pet rent) Plenty of roadside parking available and the driveway Niver Open Space Trail head down the street for biking and jogging.

Lease:

Rent $900/month 6 or 12 month lease Gas, internet & water to be split between three roommates (usually 110 in summer and 150 in winter) Security deposit of one month’s rent + first month’s rent due on move-in. 420 and lgbtqia+ friendly Visitors will not be frowned upon as long as everyone is respectful.

Looking to fill one bedroom of my 3 bed 3 bath condo. I am a 28yo female who works in the tech industry(3 days at work). I am super clean, easy going and respectful. I have a dog who is a mutt and 4.5 years old. She will be living with us. If i am not working, I am probably in the mountains hiking / camping / backpacking or at raves.

I have one more person in the upstairs bedroom, She is a 27 yr old female who works in an office 5 days a week. So she is pretty busy and usually keeps to herself.

I am trying to find one roommate I could share the house with who are clean, respectful and I get along with them. Open to meet, show the house and get a coffee to get a better idea of each other. No smoking in the house but we do have a sweet patio we could decorate and chill in.

1 bedroom available at the upper level and you will be sharing the bathroom with one other female.
