sleep in the living room privately. Im currently transferring to a two bed room here same complex. Just might be a few months in the living room. Thats why its cheap and then will be 800$ for whem we move into the two bedroom ,just need someone i could have a good sense of and also just have respect and dont bring no one besides you and your kid if that ends up being the case. Im chill and great tp get along with, if you dont have something like food or detergent I dont mind helping you out every now and then. But I am looking for someone to team up and I should be able to transfer to a proper two bedroom. Still very spacious and comfortable and peaceful. Great movie home theater set up with glo movie led set up and surround sound sysytem, I watch alot of movies 🎬.
I have my 7yr old daughter on the weekends. I’m doing this to try to save more as everyone knows it’s expensive in cali, the spot is a gated community with a free parking spot, since I dont have a car at the moment and wouldn’t mind parking in front of the office anyways. Pool is open until late October. Patio and furnished inside.
