I have a spare bedroom available for rent to a longer-term roommate. The price includes utilities, and with the price, you’d have the use of your own office/storage space. Common areas include the kitchen, living room, on-site washer and dryer unit, parking, and a big backyard. You will have to share a full-size bathroom with one other person who is very clean and accommodating.

I am a queer professional who is quiet and clean. I do have a small pittie mix dog, so if there is a pet, I’d like to see if they’d get along. I like to keep common areas free of clutter and dishes in the dishwasher. I’m an introvert and keep to myself most of the time, but I like to socialize too.
