About the room
Open house Saturday Dec 13th from 12pm to 2pm. Available January 1st (potentially sooner).
Come join our community of working females in their 30s.
We share a beautiful craftsman house in the heart of Long Beach. Rent includes all utilities, internet, and monthly professional cleaning of the common areas.
The available room is the best one in the house! It is spacious, has its own private entrance from the back of the house, its own private bathroom, storage area outside. The common areas are fully furnished and equipped and include washer and dryer; fridge, dishwasher, coffeemaker, etc.
Parking is free and available - a rare commodity in Long Beach (although it is tandem but we have a system figured out!).
Please no pets, single occupancy only - no exceptions!
About the roomies
We are three females, working full time. We are chill and get along. We share the chores and rent does include monthly professional cleaning.
