2 bedroom 1 bath located in East Harlem. This is a lease replacement where you’d be a cotenant alongside my current roommate for 1 year. The total rent is $3,039 and your portion of rent will be $1,520. This does not include the electricity, gas and internet utilities. Your room and the shared spaces will be unfurnished.
The apartment includes central air, an in-unit washer n dryer, dishwasher and fairly new appliances. The living room has amazing natural lighting.
It’s within a 10 min walk from the 2/3 train stations located at 125th and 135th street. It’s centrally located near supermarkets, restaurants and the pharmacy which are all within a 15 min walk from the apartment.
There is a mandatory application that the landlord requires. I believe 3 most recent paystubs and bank statements are required. Also a $1,425 security deposit will be required upon signing the lease
About the roomies
