My house is a 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom. 2 story home. The bedroom that is posted here, is about the same size as my master bedroom with a walk-in closet. Fully furnished, with a flat screen tv as you can see in the photos. I travel quite often for business. At this point 50 % of the year and it will be nice to have someone here that can be trusted to keep an eye on things when I’m away. I dont drink or smoke, I’m actually a gym rat, but I cook mostly at home, I just enjoy cooking for the most part when I’m home. I have no pets, and I dont want any pets in the house. The community has pools, tennis courts, baseball fields, basketball courts, and walking trails. Its a nice quiet community that is well kept. But its quiet and typical suburban community. Its a new community in Henderson, I’m one of the original owners and I have lived here for 4 years. and boxes. Google Inspirada in Henderson and you can see all the amenities of the community. But overall its a vibe, and the house has a good vibe and good energy. Ive lived quite a few places from LA to Miami, Atlanta and New york, and this is one of the houses I can honestly say I like the most. Maybe top 3. Thats a huge compliment :)

I work from home. I’m quiet and my life is pretty routine. The community is quiet and safe.
