Green Forest Lane

My husband and I own a lovely 1800 square foot, 4-bedroom home in Sacramento. We do not live in the area. We are looking for someone to rent one of the rooms (about 11’x11’) with a shared bathroom. The home is very secluded but easy access to anything you need. It is about 1.5 miles from American River College. You would share the kitchen and common living space as well. Looking for a male or female tenant as soon as possible for at least a year lease. You would also share ¼ of the utilities, which run usually no more than $50/mo. Rent is $600/mo.

Our son (19) lives in the master bedroom. Our daughter’s boyfriend’s brother (22) is in one of the rooms (has a dog). And, a Sac State college student- female (20) is in another room. Everyone keeps to themselves but friendly and very responsible! Nobody in the home smokes and this is a requirement/Not 420 friendly!
