Hi! We have furnished rooms available for immediate move-in! All utilities, Fios Gigabit Wi-Fi, parking, monthly cleaning service included. Smart pin-pad lock (no more forgetting your keys!) and security camera installed. Each room has individual privacy door knobs with keys.
The property is a single house and all rooms are on the ground floor (no basement rooms). It is located close to NOVA, 20 minutes to Crystal City, Arlington and GMU, and walking distance to a ton of stores, restaurants (i.e. the Block!) and bus stops.
All rooms have brand-new mattresses and beds. The property also has brand-new front-loading washer and dryer. A new full bathroom is added in to have 2 bedroom to 1 bath ratio. Fully stocked kitchen utensils and tools.
