The area is mostly family oriented neighborhood close to shopping, walking distance, and bus rides to major stores ie Olney Plaza 2 blocks/ bus 26, Or Roosevelt Mall/bus 26, also 18 bus right out side either direction. The shared area space needs to maintain cleanliness in all area’s of property that you’re leasing throughout Tenancy. The rooms are single occupancy only, and the rent reflex’s the amenities for 1 person. The garbage is taken out in a garage bag, not a plastic shopping bag( that is not made for garbage, any damage to property tenant will pay for such as plastic bag breaking and falling garbage to the ground ( must be clean up properly and immediately)ie if a person spills stuff or greasy stuff, it should be cleaned up with the appropriate cleanser to get rid of the greasiness on the floor. The rooms that you’re renting is just that the room. It should stay just as neat as you have leased it. Any damages to property the tenant will pay for, improperly putting out garbage that results in a fine, the tenant will pay for. Dragging the garbage in a plastic bag resulting in a tear and food debris on floor, resident is responsible to clean it up immediately. In the building and when putting out the garbage.The entry doors should stay locked when leaving premises.
