Room comes furnished with queen size bed, night stand fixtures and closet. Single occupancy, please no drugs, smoking, weapons or pets (we have one cat in owner’s room). Kitchen and laundry privileges. Shared bathroom but will have own sink and vanity. Minimum 6 month’s lease and month to month thereafter. Must follow common house and association rules.
