This is a 4bdrm, 2.5 bath, two story home. All bedrooms are on the second floor. Your bathroom is shared between you and one other room. Shared space is furnished. Home includes fiber optic internet, backyard with deck and side yard, central a/c and heat, garage storage. Living room access to TV and built in speaker system (with Netflix, Disney+/Hulu, crunchyroll, amazon prime subscriptions), kitchen appliances (dishwasher, air fryer, kitchenaid, blender, rice cooker, etc.), and misc workout equipment (dumbbells, exercise bike, walking pad). Shared parking space/street parking. 10 minute walk to the Quatama max light rail, 5 minute drive to Tanasbourne and Orenco shopping centers, 12 minutes to PCC, and near intel campuses. No pets. No smoking indoors. Kid friendly home.
First month + $800 security deposit + $50 background check (non-refundable), and 3 months of paystubs required for move-in. Rent is due on the 1st every month.
I’m Kelly, she/her pronouns, 27 years old, a full-time student and full-time barista! I’ve got a 5 year old wild child who will probably try to convince you to play soccer or pokémon with him. I’m a bit of a homebody and enjoy reading, gaming, picnics and going to parks, music, and cooking/baking (if you’ve never had Viet food, this might be your chance!!).
The other tenant is Valentine, they/them pronouns, 25 years old, and a healthcare graduate student. Enjoys reality tv, fuzzy blankets, and will eat any fruit put in front of them.
In so many words, this is not a house but a home! It’s generally quiet during the day (9-5ish working schedule). But we enjoy spending our evenings and weekends at home, so you’ll find us out in the living room quite a bit. Home has a good balance between everyone doing their own thing and keeping the living room lively. Never obligated to, but we often spend time in shared spaces, watch movies, go out, and share meals with one another.
