The home is located in a safe and quiet neighborhood in Sanford, FL. It is just minutes away from the 417, making for quick access to UCF and downtown Orlando, as well as being conveniently located near shops and restaurants in the Sanford/Lake Mary area. There are spacious front and back patios as well a shed for additional storage space if needed. Each room is separately keyed for privacy and security. The community features a small park around a lake, as well as a newly built public tennis court and basketball court.

I am 36 year old man, and the home owner who works from home as a freelance video editor. I enjoy fitness and martial arts. I am currently sharing my home with two tenants. Everyone is respectful and quite, and generally keeps to themselves.
